Judicial-grade insight, applied to your business.

NextStep Legal Solutions helps Canadian SMEs prevent disputes through practical legal-awareness education — founded on more than two decades of courtroom and judicial experience.

Our story

Closing the SME legal gap

Canada’s 1.07 million SMEs are the backbone of the economy — yet most operate without formal systems for documentation, contracts and dispute prevention. The result is avoidable conflict, lost time and unnecessary cost.

NextStep Legal Solutions was created to close that gap. We are not a law firm and we do not litigate. Instead, we educate and equip business owners and their teams to manage legal risk proactively — the way an experienced judge wishes every business would, long before a dispute reaches a courtroom.

Our mission

To empower Canadian SMEs with practical legal education focused on dispute prevention, documentation and procedural awareness — so they operate with confidence, compliance and fewer costly disputes.

Our vision

To become Canada’s leading provider of legal-awareness and dispute-prevention education for SMEs — building a future where small businesses run on strong internal processes and far fewer legal challenges.
